Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on the day, if ordered before 5 pm, or else within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. During busy times, such as Christmas, your order may take up to 2 business days to process. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is available for local delivery.

 

Please plan your purchase for high demand times, such as Christmas, when there may be delays in your order arriving on time due to factors beyond our control. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays unless by special arrangement.

 

In the case of pre-orders, these take as long as it takes for us to obtain the stock and will be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer free flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia on orders over $15, otherwise it is $10 for standard shipping or $15 for express shipping anywhere in Australia, and free express shipping if your order total exceeds $60.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time but will review this if demand is adequate. As we are a small family business, our shipping rate is subject to change as we get more orders.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at secondpassbooks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Local delivery

We do not currently offer local delivery at this time. We have relocated from Boorloo (Perth) to Naarm (Melbourne) and will update on local delivery once we are settled.

In-store pickup

We do not offer pickup at this time as we are an online business.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at secondpassbooks@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
